The Work

I'm here to help you achieve a legal goal, for example:

Drafting a will, trust or power of attorney documents,

Petitioning or transferring a guardianship, or representing the respondent,

Asset protection planning for Medicaid,

Filing a probate action and assisting you with the process of gathering the assets of an estate, paying the debts and making distributions to beneficiaries.

I accept flat fees for legal services or I will work from

a retainer (fee deposit) at an hourly rate.
